My Response Letter to Washington State Human Rights Commission

February 7, 2000

State of Washington / Human Rights Commission

711 Capitol Way Suite 402,  PO BOX 42490

Olympia WA 98504-2490

Reg: Amrik Singh Kang versus The Boeing Company.

Violation of Human Rights Case # 17EZ-0243-99-0  EEO # 38G990697.

 Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am in receipt of your so called finding that is nothing more than a dictation 'spoon fed to you' by the respondent proving the wide spread perception that your agency is nothing more than a mouthpiece of certain vested interests.

By ignoring the witnesses provided by me, you have proven that you are no different from Boeing's internal investigators who refused to interview the witness provided by me last time.  Boeing has your agency in its pocket the same way as it has its own so-called investigators.  Instead of going to my real witnesses with backbones, you decided to go to a figuratively speaking 'Pond of Jellyfish' a tightly knit group of a few Boeing employees some of which were even the respondents in my last case while others never even dare raising their heads in front of the supervisor as she has them in her pocket through various concessions and coercions.  However, those things do not work on me.  That is why she has worked so hard to keep me stuck in that pond.

Moreover, by twisting some of the facts, ignoring some others, comparing apples to oranges, demonizing the victim and muddying the water, you have proven that you are at least as good if not better than your two mentors and guiding lights one of which is illuminating the Governor's mansion in Olympia and the other the White House in Washington D.C.

I was under no illusion about the outcome of the complaint from day one when I first called your branch office in Seattle and they ignored me for three days and then deliberately misspelled some names to protect the identities of some culprits in this episode that actually began over five years ago.  I knew then and know it now that the only reason Jessie Jackson was able to force Boeing for a settlement because he was backed by his boss on the throne of the country not because those cases had more merit than mine.  I knew it all along that I being on the opposite side of the political spectrum won't be able to find justice but that could not deter me from standing my ground and making a statement for the history books.

I have met my goal to expose some crooked Boeing Officials on one hand and your Puppet Agency on the other.  Let God Almighty be the judge and history be the witness.  As far as the civil case is concerned, that is a different jurisdiction and I will give it a thought.

With the Grace of the Lord.

Sincerely,
