Dhanjal Sahib,

Sat Sri Akal !!

I just visited your website.  It is beautiful to say the least.  Thank you very much for the poem. I was able to open both formats without problem.  It will be added to the third issue coming at the end of this month. Punjabi Manch will appreciate a reciprocal link to your sites. I also visited Dastaq at Punjabiweb a few days ago and was impressed. A few years ago, as the general secretary of Punjabi Sahit Sabha of Seattle, I proposed a conference of the Punjabi writers of west coast and it did take place in Seattle. Now with the increasing popularity of the internet, it has become possible to organize a North American conference at least over the internet for now.  I think we should all think about it.  Keep up the good work and keep in touch.

With Regards,

Amrik Singh Kang

Piyare Kang Sahib,
SSA.
You deserve special appreciation for a step forward in the SEVA of MAA BOLI.
I enjoyed reading poems of devoted writers such as Nadeem Parmar, Harbhajan
Singh Bains and Harjinder Kang in Punjabi Manch. Wish you could make it
monthly or at least Bi-monthly. I too write poetry and stories.
If you ever like to add punjabi fiction, I would be willing to project my
stories. I am sure you have read them in various newspapers, magazines off
and on. I would like to know if   Anmol Lipi Light  or Gurbani Lipi Light
can be downloaded without problem. I called your phone No. yesterday and
left a message with a return phone No.
Regards.

 Gyani Ji,
        Sat Sri Akal !!

I did return your call and talked to your wife.  Your poems are most welcome for this coming issue- the 3rd issue of Punjabi Manch.  We will appreciate if you could send us the typewritten or saved on disk version of your poems as that will save time. I do not use Anmol Lipi or Gurbani lipi but you could try to download those from PunjabOnline.com. As to making Punjabi Manch monthly, it is not going to happen yet but we are working on adding AUDIO and VIDEO to the site.  This will hopefully happen in the 4th issue in July of this year.
The first issue ( Sep 99 Issue ) of Punjabi Manch can be accessed through the ARCHIVES link on the first page of January issue.

With Regards,
Amrik Singh Kang
